We do our best to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason, you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately to inform us and arrange a return.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product that is returned to us within 7 days of purchase, as long as it's returned in its original state. It must be unused and in it's original packaging.
This does not affect your rights if the product is fault or misdescribed. Under these circumstances, we will replace the item or refund you including delivery costs. If you claim the product is defective upon receipt, we will examine the returned product and notify you of any refund you are entitled to. If the item is damaged or is not what you ordered, we will replace the item or refund if the item is not in stock. We will also refund the shipping costs you have incurred through returning the item, if it's in the same condition as it left our company.
When you are returning any items to us, we will ask that you obtain proof of postage from the post office. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
